Job summary

Team Medical on the Kapiti Coast is seeking a casual receptionist to join the front-of-house team and support the Patient Experience Lead in delivering 5-star service to patients and staff.

You'll greet patients, check them in, handle invoicing, take calls, book appointments, and perform clerical tasks in a busy medical practice that operates 8am–5pm weekdays with on-site X-Ray facilities. Medtech Evolution experience is desirable but training will be provided.
