Zusammenfassung

The Salvation Army Wellington City Family Store is seeking a customer service all-rounder to deliver an excellent customer and donor experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will handle stocking, pricing, merchandising and sales while maintaining store presentation and compliance with procedures.

The role is part-time (20 hours/week) with a starting hourly rate of $29.90 NZD. You will join a supportive team committed to caring for people and transforming lives in the community.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to de-escalate situations when needed.
• Resilient, positive and people-oriented team player.
• Physically fit and capable of regular lifting.
• Capable of using retail technology such as point of sale software and tablets.
• Self-managing and able to prioritise under pressure.
• Clear communicator, both verbally and written.

• Providing excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Receiving, sorting, pricing and merchandising donated goods.
• Processing sales and handling cash accurately at end of day.
• Keeping the store well presented, stocked, and tidy.
• Ensuring compliance with policies and health and safety procedures.
