Kiwi Padel Club in Auckland is seeking a proactive Club Manager to lead day-to-day operations, shape culture and drive growth. You will be one of the faces of the club, ensuring a welcoming, safe and smoothly run environment while coordinating staff, bookings, memberships and events.

You should bring experience in managing a sports/hospitality/community business, strong organisation, sales nous and comfort with social media. Padel experience is a bonus.

Competenze

• Experience managing a sports/fitness/hospitality/community business.
• Highly organised and proactive.
• Able to lead a team while remaining hands-on.
• Commercially aware and comfortable selling.
• Confident communicating with customers, partners and suppliers.
• Confident with social media and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Padel experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Mansioni

• Lead the day-to-day operation of KPC.
• Make sure the club is welcoming, clean, safe and running smoothly.
• Manage bookings, memberships and customer experience.
• Coordinate staff, coaches and contractors.
• Help establish systems and processes for growth.
• Manage stock, equipment and club facilities.
• Develop and coordinate socials, tournaments and club events.
• Be the face of the club and welcome new players.
• Run the website and social media platforms.
• Build relationships with members and local businesses.
• Help grow memberships and court utilisation.
