Job summary

Jetts New Zealand is seeking a Club Manager for a permanent 31-hour week role, focused on creating a friendly, welcoming club culture and driving membership growth. You will work with a dynamic team across multiple clubs nationwide, with regular events and promotions to engage members.

The role requires a NZ citizen, resident, or open work visa for 12+ months, and a First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• NZ citizen, resident, or open work visa for 12+ months
• First Aid certificate covering CPR/defib or willingness to obtain one
• Self-motivated with excellent customer service and sales focus
• Able to work 31 hours per week, Mon-Sat with Fri/Sun off

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience and build relationships with members and local businesses
• Achieve membership sales and member growth targets, report to Regional Performance Manager
• Maintain a positive club culture through events and promotions
• Handle in-club operations, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance schedules
