Job summary

Jetts New Zealand is recruiting a Club Manager on a permanent, 31 hours per week basis. You will lead a dynamic, member-centric team across a busy fitness club, creating a welcoming culture and delivering outstanding member experiences.

You will drive membership sales, nurture relationships with members and local businesses, and report to the Regional Performance Manager. The role requires energy, positivity, and a strong focus on customer service and sales.

Qualifications

• NZ citizen, resident, or valid open work visa with 12+ months remaining
• Current First Aid certificate covering CPR and defib (NZQA 6401/6402) or willing to obtain one
• Excellent customer service skills with a sales focus

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Achieve agreed membership sales and growth targets, reporting to Regional Performance Manager
• Foster a positive club culture and engage in events and promotions
• Perform in-club operations tasks to keep facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained
