Jetts New Zealand is seeking a Club Manager on a permanent 31 hours per week schedule, based in Hamilton. The ideal candidate is energetic, positive and passionate about helping people achieve health and fitness goals by building a welcoming club culture.

Key duties include driving member experience, achieving new memberships, nurturing a positive environment and coordinating in-club operations, with a clear focus on service and sales. Framing community engagement is essential.

Formación

• NZ citizen, resident or open work visa for 12 months+
• First Aid certificate covering CPR and defib (NZQA 6401/6402), or willingness to obtain one
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined with excellent customer service and sales focus
• Love working with people and have a positive can-do attitude
• Willing to work 31 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with Fridays and Sundays off

Responsabilidades

• Drive an exceptional member experience and build key relationships with members and local businesses
• Deliver the agreed number of new membership sales and member growth, reporting to Regional Performance Manager
• Maintain a positive club culture with members by engaging in events and promotions
• Perform in-club operations tasks to ensure areas are clean, equipment and repairs are up-to-date
