Job summary

SUEZ is seeking an OT/IT Solution Architect & Integration Lead to design and deliver digital solutions across Australia and New Zealand. The role can be based in Auckland, NZ, Sydney, or other SUEZ locations where Digital Solutions operates.

You will bridge OT and IT, lead projects from concept through handover, and collaborate with customer teams to deliver practical, scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience across OT/ IT, industrial automation, digital systems, solution architecture or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Systems, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with SCADA, PLC/DCS, telemetry, industrial systems or digital platforms.
• Experience delivering technology, digital transformation or infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of OT/IT integration, cybersecurity and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of secure, scalable OT/IT architectures for digital solutions.
• Develop integration solutions across control systems and business applications.
• Ensure architectures meet cybersecurity resilience and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, OT/IT teams, operations, product management and delivery teams to resolve integration challenges.
• Guide project scope, risks, schedules, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
