Job summary

Watercare Services Limited is seeking a Solutions Architect with extensive experience in Operational Technology to lead the architecture and delivery of industrial control systems projects. You will align with business, Digital, and asset management strategies while guiding a team through the full architectural lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, technical leadership, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to shape futurestate solutions for water and wastewater

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ postgraduate experience in solution architecture.
• Proven experience architecting solutions for industrial control systems in utility or critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience with OT systems and networks, including DCS, SCADA, IoT and IIoT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the industrial control systems architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Define futurestate solutions and maintain currentstate architecture.
• Provide technical leadership across control systems programmes of work.
• Support investigations, feasibility studies, and concept designs to inform budgets and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver sustainable, operationally sound solutions.
