Job summary

Cognizant in Wellington seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Lead to provide onsite L3 development and production support across the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 landscape.

You will resolve complex production issues, deliver enhancements, coordinate releases, and mentor the team while improving stability, performance and supportability across Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.

Qualifications

• Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS R12 across Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Hands-on development in SQL, PL/SQL, CEMLI, Oracle Workflow, XML/BI Publisher, and OAF.
• Proven L3 production support, incident analysis, and permanent resolutions.
• Experience delivering enhancements from requirements through deployment.
• Experience with SOA/OSB/OIC, ODI, REST services or similar integrations.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication in an onsite-offshore model.

Responsibilities

• Own complex L3 incidents and production problems, perform root cause analyses, restore services, and implement permanent fixes.
• Analyse requirements across EBS modules and translate into functional/technical solutions.
• Design, develop, review, and support CEMLI components and OAF pages/personalizations.
• Write and optimize SQL/PL/SQL for diagnostics, interfaces, and reporting.
• Coordinate releases, SIT/UAT, and post-production validation with business and technical teams.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement through automation and standards.
