Job summary

Transpower New Zealand Limited (TPNZ) is seeking an Oracle HCM Systems Specialist to act as the internal functional expert for Oracle Cloud HCM modules. You will support day-to-day administration, change management and continuous improvement across the HCM environment in the People team.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Finance and IST, translating business requirements into practical configurations and updates while building knowledge across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience administering, configuring or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM in a production environment
• Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes including payroll, absence, and position management
• Knowledge of data quality, privacy, security, access management and HRIS reporting
• Ability to translate business requirements into controlled configuration and clear documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support across Oracle HCM modules and lifecycle processes
• Configure and maintain workflows, approvals, journeys and business rules
• Assess enhancement requests and deliver simple, sustainable solutions using standard Oracle functionality
• Manage functional changes and testing, through release and post-implementation checks
• Support data quality, reporting and data loads, with clear knowledge sharing
