Beca is seeking a Quality Assurance Practice Lead in Auckland to define and embed enterprise QA strategy, governance and quality engineering across Oracle Fusion, Workday and Dynamics. You will lead a cross-functional QA function, drive automation, performance and release readiness, and provide executive reporting on quality metrics and delivery risk.

You will mentor teams, influence senior stakeholders and build a modern QA culture that supports innovation, stability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experienced QA leader with enterprise testing governance experience.
• Proven ability to drive quality engineering and automation initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and vendors.
