Job summary

Beca Limited is seeking a Quality Assurance Practice Lead to drive enterprise QA strategy and governance across Oracle Fusion, Workday and Dynamics in Auckland. You will lead quality assurance across the full software delivery lifecycle, embedding quality into delivery through automation, release readiness and metrics.

As a senior leader, you will mentor teams, manage quality risks, and report to executives on delivery risk and quality performance, while promoting a culture of quality ownership

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise QA across large, complex technology environments.
Proven ability to define and embed enterprise QA strategies and governance.
Strong track record in test automation, performance testing and release readiness.

Responsibilities

Lead QA across the full software delivery lifecycle.
Define and embed enterprise quality frameworks, standards and governance.
Drive continuous improvement and quality culture across portfolios and programs.
Provide executive-level reporting on quality and delivery risk.
