Transpower New Zealand seeks an Oracle HCM Systems Specialist to act as internal functional expert for Oracle Cloud HCM modules. You’ll ensure stability, security and fit-for-purpose operations across HR systems, collaborating with Payroll, Finance and IST to translate business needs into practical solutions.

You’ll drive configuration, upgrades and knowledge sharing while building capability across the People team to support employees and leaders nationwide.

Qualificações

• Substantial experience administering, configuring or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM in production.
• Translate business requirements into controlled configuration outcomes and resolve issues.
• Experience across HR lifecycle processes, payroll, absence, and position management.
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage competing priorities independently.
• Experience with data quality, privacy, security and HRIS reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional support across Oracle HCM modules and employee lifecycle processes.
• Configure workflows, approvals, journeys, lookups and business rules with controls.
• Assess enhancements and deliver simple, sustainable solutions using standard Oracle features.
• Manage changes and quarterly updates through testing, approvals and release checks.
• Support data quality, reporting, data loads and knowledge sharing with documentation.
