Medtronic in New Zealand seeks a Senior Strategic Sales Specialist to join the Nellcor portfolio within Acute Care and Monitoring. Based in New Zealand, you will lead and win high‑value opportunities with structured deal strategies and an emphasis on outcome-driven value.

You will partner with regional reps, shape deal structures with pricing and contracts, and coach teams to improve forecast quality. Travel and collaboration across functions are expected.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in the patient monitoring marketplace.
• Proven track record in business development, marketing, and/or sales.
• Robust ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in high‑impact opportunities to improve close probability by applying structured deal strategies.
• Differentiate by positioning portfolio advantages in bundled and enterprise solutions.
• Support opportunities with multiple stakeholders, tenders, and long buying cycles.
• Partner with pricing, contracts and marketing to shape deal structure and improve outcomes.
• Coach regional reps through deal strategy, competitive positioning and value articulation.
• Maintain records in Salesforce.com and support accurate opportunity staging.
