Medtronic is seeking a Territory Manager in Auckland to promote and sell endoscopy products to public and private hospitals, delivering against sales targets while building strong relationships with clinicians and administrators.

Qualifications

• High School certificate and 6 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven success in sales roles within medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport and willingness to travel.
• Computer literacy including MS Office knowledge.
• Many Endoscopy products are software driven; computer competency is a key requirement.

Responsibilities

• Plan work to achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional image.
• Seek new business by planning meetings with key personnel.
• Understand customer needs and provide credible, mutually beneficial options.
• Educate and train clinical end users and hospital staff.
• Manage customer queries professionally and provide timely follow-up.
