Job summary

Higgins in Mount Maunganui seeks an experienced Operator to join our asphalt surfacing crew. You will operate paving plant, perform daily checks and help deliver high-quality asphalt work, while upholding safety standards.

We offer a permanent role with guaranteed 40 hours per week, a competitive hourly rate and KiwiSaver employer contributions. You’ll have opportunities to upskill and gain further licenses in a supportive team environment.

• A good team player who communicates well
