Job summary

Bupa New Zealand invites you to join our care home operations team as a practical coordinator bringing continuous improvement and efficient systems to our NZ sites. You will help reduce admin burden, standardise processes and provide leaders with clear tools and documentation.

You’ll work across care homes, building strong relationships, coordinating relievers, and developing work instructions and induction materials to support resilience, risk management and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business or administration is preferred.
• Experience maintaining documentation, processes or systems in a structured environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relief/reliever arrangements across care homes.
• Manage Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation.
• Develop work instructions and ensure operational consistency.
• Prepare orientation and induction documentation.
• Support operations resilience and business continuity.
• Coordinate risk documentation and responses.
• Collaborate with leaders across teams to support operations.
