Bupa Cedar Manor Care Home in Tauranga is seeking a Unit Coordinator to lead care teams and oversee clinical care for residents. You will mentor RNs and caregivers, conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and contribute to audits and InterRAI processes to ensure high-quality care.
This permanent, full-time role offers Monday to Friday shifts from 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 40-hour week, enabling you to make a meaningful impact while supporting residents to live with independence and dignity.
