Hilton Haulage, based in Christchurch, is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our curtainsider operation. You will oversee dispatchers, drivers, and a dynamic team, driving safety, efficiency, and profitability while delivering exceptional service to customers.

What you\'ll be doing:

As our Operations Supervisor, you\'ll be right in the middle of the action and the key contact for our dispatchers, driving teamsand valued customers, ensuring our operation runs safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Working predominantly Monday - Friday, 06:30 -17:00 (with some flexibility required to accommodate business and seasonal demands when needed), you\'ll be responsible for:

• Providing motivational leadership, support & development to our driving & dispatch teams
• Building strong relationships with customers & delivering outstanding service
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance & efficiency
• Supporting growth within the operation & helping drive future success
• Championing a positive safety culture
• Working closely with management to achieve operational & financial objectives

This is a role for someone who enjoys working across a broad range of operational responsibilities, taking ownership, solving problems, and making things happen.
