We’re looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Infrastructure team in Dunedin.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to get things done. You’ll be responsible for coordinating crews, allocating work, keeping projects moving, and building strong relationships with our clients.

You’ll be out in the field, working alongside your team and making sure our people have what they need to deliver safe, high-quality work.

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

You’ll be someone who is organised, practical and confident leading people. You’ll know how to manage a busy day, prioritise competing demands and communicate clearly with both your crew and clients.

Ideally, you’ll bring:
