We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to help establish and grow a new division in Taupō. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a developing project, working closely with management, contractors, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders while leading day‑to‑day site operations.
This role is ideal for someone who can comfortably move between the field and the office – a practical leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved when required.
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a new operation, leading a site team, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and supporting the successful development of the project as it grows.
You will work closely with environmental consultants and regulatory authorities on consent compliance and operational requirements while maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive site.
