Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Service Operations Associate I to support client service delivery through accurate execution of paperwork, money movements, and account maintenance. This role complements the Relationship Manager function by handling behind-the-scenes operations to ensure a seamless client experience.

The position offers a clear path to higher Associate levels with increasing ownership of complex transactions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of job related experience in financial services or a similar operations role.
• Experience in an office environment with a customer service focus is helpful.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork and documentation with accuracy and speed.
• Execute money movement requests ( wires, ACH, journal entries ) per policy.
• Monitor service requests in a central queue and escalate as needed.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and custodial systems.
