Job summary

Tribe Group in New Zealand is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations across a large-scale, high-volume environment.

Lead a team of supervisors and operational staff, with responsibility for performance, service delivery and people management, while coordinating fleet availability with maintenance teams.

You’ll monitor KPIs, identify trends, implement improvements and manage real-time operational challenges to ensure safety, compliance and smooth service delivery.

• Resilience and composure under pressure, combined with a hands‑on approach and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
