About the role

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead one of our growing construction clients in Christchurch.

As the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction operations, from project management to business development.

This is a full-time permanent role, working within an established and growing company based in Christchurch.

What you'll be doing

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects
• Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
