We're looking for an experienced AV professional who's upbeat, solutions-focused and ready to take the next step into leadership.

You'll bring strong commercial and/or residential AV installation experience, with the technical credibility to help our technicians overcome challenges, get stalled jobs moving and deliver quality work. You'll also take ownership of the wider operation, ensuring our projects, people and resources are working together effectively.

What you'll be doing

Supporting technicians and Project Managers to resolve technical challenges and keep projects on track.

Leading, motivating and developing our operations team across projects, service and logistics.

Managing resources, scheduling and technician utilisation to ensure work is delivered efficiently.

Monitoring project delivery, costs and margins to keep jobs on time, on budget and profitable.

Improving processes, quality and productivity while reducing rework.

Supporting customer relationships, resolving escalated issues and maintaining high service standards.

Promoting a positive, accountable team culture and strong health and safety practices.

What we're looking for

Significant experience in commercial and/or residential AV installation and troubleshooting.

Strong technical problem-solving skills and the confidence to support technicians in the field.

Experience leading people, coordinating projects or managing technical operations.

An understanding of project budgets, margins and operational performance.

An upbeat, proactive attitude and the ability to motivate people, tackle challenges and get results.

You might be a Senior AV Technician, Technical Team Leader or Project Manager ready to move into a broader leadership role.
