Job summary

Digiscale in Napier, New Zealand is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee production, logistics, and customer service. You will develop strategies to boost efficiency, monitor KPIs, and lead a team to deliver high-quality products and services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or operations management and at least 5 years in operations management, preferably in tech, with strong budget control and supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demands

• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service
