Foodstuffs North Island Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the morning shift team at our Landing Drive Distribution Centre in Mānge. This role focuses on operational excellence, high-performing leadership, and delivering outstanding service to stores and customers.
You will coach Team Leaders, drive planning and continuous improvement, and partner with stakeholders to meet objectives while ensuring safety and budget alignment. Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm.

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our morning shift team at our Landing Drive Distribution Centre (LDDC) in Mānge. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering operational excellence, building an engaged and high-performing team, and ensuring we continue to provide outstanding service to our stores and customers.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
You’ll be a collaborative and engaging people leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. You’ll bring strong commercial thinking, proven leadership capability, and the ability to influence outcomes across a complex supply chain network.
