Foodstuffs North Island is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the morning shift team at our Landing Drive Distribution Centre in Māngere. This key leadership role focuses on delivering operational excellence, building an engaged, high-performing team and ensuring outstanding service to our stores and customers.
You’ll coach Team Leaders, ensure resources are properly allocated and drive continuous improvements while maintaining safety and quality across the distribution centre.

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our morning shift team at our Landing Drive Distribution Centre (LDDC) in Māngere. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering operational excellence, building an engaged and high-performing team, and ensuring we continue to provide outstanding service to our stores and customers.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
