Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Appliances in New Zealand is seeking an experienced people leader to head Delivery & Installation network across NZ, delivering safe, efficient, and profitable final-mile service while growing the B&C Grade channel.

Reporting to GM Operations, you will shape strategy, lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement to uplift customer experience and business performance.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership in operational/logistics environments.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budgeting experience.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and efficiency in delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise Fisher & Paykel's in-house Delivery & Installation network across New Zealand.
• Drive performance management, continuous improvement, service enhancement and cost optimisation.
• Own the commercial performance of D&I and B&C Grade operations, including budgeting and reporting.
• Oversee the B&C Grade appliance sales channel to streamline processes and improve CX.
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing team and recruitment pipelines.
