Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Excellence Partner to drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and technology-enabled improvements across Australia and New Zealand. You will work with business leaders and frontline teams to identify waste, root causes, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include deploying the Maersk Lean Operating System, coaching teams, and delivering measurable outcomes through data-driven improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem solving expertise.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with practical impact demonstrated.
• Strong ability to translate operational needs into technology-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive deployment of the Maersk Lean Operating System across Australia and New Zealand.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and structured problem solving.
• Partner with leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Translate operational needs into practical, scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
• Build continuous improvement capability through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Support adoption of new processes to ensure sustainable value realization.
• Leverage automation, data, digital tools, and AI to improve visibility and scale solutions.
