Green Gorilla is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator in New Zealand to provide operational and organisational support to two collection teams. You will manage data entry, customer communications, and collaborate with drivers to optimise routes and allocations, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will have logistics experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work to strict deadlines.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. Using your skills and great attitude you will be responsible for providing operational and organisational support to two of our collection's teams.
In this role you will be responsible for accurate data entry, communication with customers and working with our drivers to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. As part of the role, you will be checking driver run sheets and planning vehicle and driver allocations and routes, doing customer billing adjustments, GPS checking sites, verifying data and other administrative and operational functions.We prefer candidates who have some background in transport or logistics, but we are willing to train the right person. This position is key in supporting the business.
Our ideal candidate would have the following:
Experience in a similar or related field will be an advantage
Logistics, route optimisation and dispatch experience
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Self-motivated and works to strict deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong relationship builder and team player
Qualification in Business, Logistics or related field will be an advantage
