Job summary

Allied Bulk, part of the HW Richardson Group, is seeking a hands-on Waste Operations Supervisor in Auckland to oversee daily operations, drivers, dispatching and customer service activities.

This busy role focuses on safety, efficiency, and strong customer relationships, with flexibility for early starts and occasional Saturdays. You will coordinate operations and support drivers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with ability to roll up sleeves and get involved.

• Proven experience leading teams and coordinating daily operations.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a hands-on Waste Operations Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily operations, drivers, dispatching, and customer service activities.

This is a busy, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for coordinating operations, supporting drivers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. A strong focus on workplace health, safety, wellbeing, and customer service is essential. Flexibility with working hours is required, including early morning starts and the occasional Saturday.
