Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead Operations Improvement initiatives in Queenstown. This hybrid role focuses on identifying and implementing enhancements across operational areas to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.

You will analyze current processes, develop strategic project plans, manage execution of improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and track KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a focus on operational improvement.
• Experience analyzing business processes and implementing changes.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on optimizing operational processes, workflow efficiency, and productivity.
• Analyze existing operational procedures to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets for improvement initiatives.
• Manage the execution of improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and facilitate change management.
• Monitor the impact of implemented changes and provide regular reports on project outcomes and KPIs.
