You will guide clients through digital journeys from strategy to technology implementation and change management, in a hybrid work setup with client-facing activities in the Queenstown area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or strategic technology roles.
• Proven understanding of key digital technologies and trends.
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' current digital maturity and identify key areas for transformation.
• Develop digital strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Advise on the selection and implementation of digital technologies (e.g., cloud, AI, data analytics).
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements on digital initiatives.
• Monitor digital project progress and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
