EFEX Group is seeking an on-site Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to support a key client in Orewa, Auckland. You will provide advanced IT support across desktop, server, networking and Microsoft environments, taking ownership of complex issues and contributing to infrastructure upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience supporting client environments, ideally within an MSP.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive and reactive IT support across the client's environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, server, networking and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure and virtualised environments.
• Monitor, maintain and optimise systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
• Manage incidents through to resolution, keeping users informed throughout.
• Accurately maintain tickets, documentation and time records.
• Deliver on-site project work including hardware deployments, infrastructure upgrades, user onboarding and technology rollouts.
• Collaborate with project teams, account managers and technical specialists to deliver successful outcomes.
• Act as the on-site technical escalation point for more complex issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation and knowledge sharing.
