Job summary
Fisher & Paykel is seeking an organised B&C Grade Online Store Coordinator to manage the sale of B&C Grade appliances through Trade Me and to staff, friends and family. Based in East Tāmaki, the role combines online store management, freight coordination, customer service and financial administration.
You’ll contribute to accurate listings, efficient shipping, and profitability while working with teams across logistics, inventory, customer service, Finance and IT to ensure a seamless end-to-end
Qualifications
- Proactive and well-organised with a can-do attitude.
- Strong customer service mindset and commercial awareness.
- Experience with freight management and online marketplaces is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise B&C Grade online listings on Trade Me for products and stakeholders.
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion and satisfaction.
- Coordinate pricing, promotions and stock levels to support sales and sell-through of slower-moving products.
- Manage national freight, track deliveries and resolve shipping issues for a smooth customer experience.
- Oversee customer payments, follow up outstanding balances and reconcile transactions with Finance.
- Prepare regular sales, freight cost and collections reports.
- Collaborate with logistics, inventory, customer service, Finance, Sales and IT to ensure smooth operations.
