Job summary

Fisher & Paykel is seeking an organised Online Store Coordinator to manage B&C Grade appliances sold via Trade Me and to staff, friends and family. Based in East Tāmaki, the role combines online listing management, freight coordination, customer service and financial administration to deliver a seamless buying experience.

You’ll optimise product information for search visibility, coordinate pricing and stock, track national freight, resolve shipping issues and work with Finance to reconcile

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and freight coordination is preferred.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with logistics, sales and finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise online listings for accurate product information and visibility.
• Monitor store performance to improve traffic, conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate pricing, promotions and stock levels for sales and sell-through.
• Manage national freight, track deliveries and resolve shipping issues.
• Oversee customer payments and reconcile transactions with Finance.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, freight costs and collections performance.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Inventory, Customer Service, Finance, Sales and IT to ensure smooth operations.

You’ll play an important part in making the buying experience seamless, ensuring products reach customers efficiently and helping maximise sales and profitability.What you’ll be doingManaging and optimising online listings to ensure accurate, engaging product information and effective search visibility.Monitoring store performance and identifying opportunities to improve traffic, conversion and customer satisfaction.Coordinating pricing, promotions and stock levels to support sales and the sell-through of slower-moving products.Managing national freight, tracking deliveries and resolving shipping issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.Overseeing customer payments, following up outstanding balances and working with Finance to reconcile transactions and resolve discrepancies.Preparing regular reports on sales, freight costs and collections performance.Working collaboratively with teams across logistics, inventory, customer service, Finance, Sales and IT to keep everything running smoothly.What you’ll bringYou’re a proactive, well-organised problem solver who enjoys balancing competing priorities and getting the details right. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and have the commercial awareness to identify opportunities, improve processes and deliver results.This is a hands-on role, so you’ll be comfortable working in a physically active environment, handling bulky and sometimes heavy appliances that may need to be moved several times throughout the process. A practical, can-do attitude, a strong focus on safe manual handling and a willingness to roll up your sleeves are essential.You’ll ideally bring experience in customer service and freight management, with online retail or marketplace experience an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication, sound organisational skills and confidence using Microsoft Office are essential.Experience with Salesforce or JD Edwards/Oracle ERP systems would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
