Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a reliable Online Shopping Supervisor for Sundays, 7.00am–5.00pm, 9.5 paid hours weekly. You will assist the Manager with the online department, ensure orders are prepared for pickup or delivery, and support a busy team while upholding service standards.

Applicants must be a NZ citizen, NZ permanent resident, or hold a valid NZ Work Visa. This is a permanent part-time role on Sundays at our Wellington site, with standard Food Safety & Health & Safety procedures

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Reliable and well organised with ability to prioritise.

Join Our Team

We are seeking a reliable and well organised Online Shopping Supervisor to join our Sunday team. In this role you will be assisting the Manager with the online department during your shift, ensuring that all customer orders are picked, packed and ready for collection or delivery. You will be responsible for managing team workloads, monitoring order progress, organising staff breaks and dealing with any issues that arise during the day. You will be working as part of the team to maintain order accuracy, product quality and a high standard of customer service in a busy environment.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Be reliable, be organised and be able to prioritise.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to support and guide a team.
• Focus on accuracy, efficiency and customer service.
• Use initiative and get on well under pressure.
• Follow all Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures.

Position

This is a permanent part time post working Sundays 7.00am to 5.00pm ( 9.5 paid hours per week) .
