Job summary

PAK'nSAVE Mill Street is seeking reliable online shoppers to join the Online Shopping team on a full-time and casual basis. You will fill shopping carts with products from given lists, pick and pack orders, and ensure accuracy and timely processing while supporting store and online colleagues.

You will work with a committed team, enjoy on-the-job training, and contribute to a great customer experience. Basic physical fitness and willingness to learn are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service is essential for helping online customers.
• Strong communication helps coordinate with online, grocery and store teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail ensures accurate order picking, labeling and temperature checks.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and process customer orders accurately and on time.
• Label, check and record orders in line with Online policies.
• Assist customers on the shop floor and keep the online area clean.
• Adhere to health, safety and food safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with the Online Manager and team.
• Maintain high accuracy and multitask to meet deadlines.

You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides themselves on the quality they produce and service we offer our customers here at Pak'nSave Mill Street.

You will be joining a friendly and customer-focused team that looks after hundreds of our valued online customers. As an online shopper, you will be helping fulfill customer online orders by filling shopping carts with products according to the list you will be given.

The Role:

• Pick, pack and process customer's orders accurately, efficiently and on time, every time.
• Ensure orders are labeled and checked, recorded and temperature checked in accordance with the stores Online policies and operational procedures within a timely manner.
• Helping and assisting customers on the shop floor
• Cleaning and organising online area
• Adhering to all health and safety and food safety standards
• Great communication skills to work alongside the online, grocery and wider teams in particular the Online Manager
• The ability to work independently and prioritise and multitask to consistently meet deadlines
• A great work ethic and hardworking nature - speed and hustle are important here!
• A high level of accuracy and great attention to detail.
• Good physical fitness for lifting and operating equipment
