Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island’s PAK’nSAVE Hastings Online Click & Collect team is looking for a Personal Shopper for the afternoons. The role runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:00pm to 5:30pm (10.5 hours per week) in Hawke’s Bay.

You will assist with picking, packing and processing online orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while contributing to a positive customer experience. A supportive team environment and full training are provided.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with varied workloads.

We at PAK'nSAVE Hastings have a fabulous new opportunity to join our Online Click & Collectteam. The Department is undergoing some exciting developments and we are in need of some motivated and customer focused individuals to join our team.

The hours and days for this shift are as follows;

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 2:00pm to 5:30pm (10.5 hours per week)

In a role within the Online Department, you will appreciate the importance of creating a positive customer experience and thrive on getting positivefeedback from your customers in the form of their online orders.This position would absolutely suit someone who is after an active role, with both independence and team work elements every single day.

The role:

• Assist in the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of all online orders.
• Ensure all customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently.
• Working with a large team of both full time and part time employees to ensure that our customers always have products available to purchase.

• The ability to perform well around volumes of customers
• Bringing a strong customer‑first attitude to everything you do — aiming to deliver the best service in the BAY.
