Job summary

Maman, Auckland's boutique retailer, is seeking a part-time coordinator to manage online order fulfilment with care and accuracy. You will be the first contact for online customers, liaising with our warehouse and store teams to ensure smooth, premium service.

This role values a warm communicator with strong organisational skills and a passion for fashion. Shopify experience is preferred, and there is flexibility in hours to suit a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Warm, confident written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Shopify or quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders with care.
• Coordinate daily dispatch and liaise with couriers.
• Respond to online customer enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle returns and exchanges end-to-end.
• Maintain CRM and loyalty program touchpoints.
