Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit engaging and accurate online course content, including scripts, modules, and interactive elements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into accessible and effective learning materials.
• Ensure all content adheres to instructional design principles, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
• Work with multimedia teams to integrate videos, graphics, and other assets into learning modules.
• Review and update existing course content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with current industry trends.
• Assist in the design and development of assessments, quizzes, and activities to measure learning outcomes.
• Manage content development timelines and deliverables for assigned projects.
• Conduct research to gather information and ensure the accuracy and currency of course materials.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of content creation processes and tools.
• Provide feedback on the user experience and overall effectiveness of online learning modules.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating and editing online learning content or educational materials.
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content tailored for online delivery.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience working with subject matter experts and managing content projects.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) or learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
