This role is crucial for developing high-quality, engaging, and curriculum-aligned educational materials for various age groups and subjects. You will be responsible for creating diverse content, including textbooks, workbooks, online learning modules, assessments, and teacher resources. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional writing skills, a strong understanding of pedagogical principles, and the ability to translate complex subjects into accessible and engaging learning content. This is a permanent, on-site position that requires creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, editors, and designers. Key Responsibilities

Write, edit, and proofread educational content for print and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and engagement. Develop learning materials aligned with national and international curriculum standards. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure technical accuracy. Work with editors and designers to ensure content is presented effectively and aesthetically. Create a variety of educational resources, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and explanatory texts. Adapt writing style and tone to suit different target audiences and age groups. Contribute to content strategy and planning discussions. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards. Research educational trends and best practices to inform content development. Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in educational content writing or curriculum development. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and style. Demonstrated understanding of pedagogical principles and instructional design. Experience writing for K-12 or higher education levels. Ability to research complex topics and present information clearly and concisely. Proficiency with word processing software and content management systems. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills.
