Job summary

Foodstuffs South Island Limited in Christchurch is seeking a reliable driver to join our online orders team. You will load and unload delivery vehicles, deliver orders safely, and provide outstanding doorstep service in a fast-paced environment.

Working Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, you will meet deadlines, follow health and food safety standards, and contribute to keeping shelves full while supporting customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driver's license (class 1) required.

We’re on the lookout for someone enthusiastic and reliable to join us in this exciting new role! You will work as part of a supportive team and play a key role in creating a great shopping experience for our online shopping customers.

If you love providing great customer service and are looking for a role where you are an important part of the operations, this is the job for you. This role involves packing customer orders into the delivery vehicle, ensuring orders are delivered on time and returning to store in the allocated timeframes.

The days and hours are:

Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

Our Online department is a core part of the Dry Goods department with our dedicated team working hard to fill customer orders daily. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience and develop skills across all of these areas – whether it’s picking an online order, helping customers or keeping our shelves full. You’ll work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where collaboration and attention to detail are key attributes.
