Job summary

Kinetic Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Sylvia Park, Auckland industrial team, supporting clients across the North Island in warehousing, logistics and manufacturing sectors. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to build and shape your own desk and work on site at Sylvia Park.

You will establish and manage a warehousing and logistics desk, build trusted partnerships with clients, and regularly visit warehouses and logistics operations to understand

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally in warehousing, logistics or industrial recruitment.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with clients across the North Island.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a Warehousing and Logistics recruitment desk across temporary and permanent recruitment.
• Build trusted partnerships with clients across the North Island.
• Regularly visit warehouses, distribution centres and logistics operations to understand their teams and workforce requirements.
• Partner with warehouse managers and hiring managers to deliver recruitment support.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement and account management.
