Job summary

The Adecco Group in Auckland is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our busy office. You will manage full 360 recruitment processes, from business development to placement and aftercare, across multiple sectors.

In this role you will drive high-volume recruitment with a focus on quality candidate engagement, nurture client relationships, and conduct regular account management visits to resolve staffing challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment from BD to placement.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining candidate engagement.
• Strong client relationship management and regular account management involvement.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and candidate management across multiple sectors.
• Source, screen, interview, reference check, and place candidates.
