Job summary

The Warehouse Group’s Noel Leeming store in Mt Maunganui is seeking a Tech Solutions Specialist to deliver expert product demos, install purchases and provide outstanding support to customers.

You will be based on-site, working Tuesday to Saturday, totaling 45 hours per week, with a focus on helping customers with technology, networking, and IT equipment while upholding our service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and setting up technology (WiFi, TV, PC, Audio).
• Customer-facing role experience with excellent communication.
• Ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders and stand long periods.
• Device management knowledge and experience with Jamf, Google Admin and/or Microsoft Admin.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end tech support and product demonstrations.
• Offer guidance, support and advice for customers and install purchases.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction in-store.
