Job summary

The Warehouse Group is seeking an On-Site Tech Solutions Specialist for the St Luke's Noel Leeming store in Auckland. You will deliver live demos, provide expert advice, and assist customers with product selection, installation and aftercare.

This role runs Friday to Tuesday, 45 hours per week in a dynamic retail tech environment. Ideal candidates are tech-loving, customer focused and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems to enhance the overall

Qualifications

• Experience installing and setting up technology (WiFi, TV, PC, Audio) with training provided.
• Proven customer-facing experience with strong communication and a positive attitude.
• Ability to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end service with live demonstrations, advice and support.
• Install, deliver and set up purchases for customers in-store.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Deliver proactive, 'get it done' attitude to improve the customer journey.
