Placements24 is helping a growing online retailer in Queenstown fill a Customer Service Representative role. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with returns and exchanges.

The position requires excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently on-site in Queenstown. This is a hands-on customer support role in a fast-paced e‑commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
