Working with the Site Manager, you will coordinate trades, QA processes, documentation, and general site administration to keep the project on track.

This role suits someone with a few years in construction, who enjoys being on-site, takes ownership, and can perform confidently in a fast-paced live environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar construction role.
• Experience working on live/commercial construction projects.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of subcontractors and site activities.
• Manage and maintain QA documentation and project records.
• Support site administration, reporting, and document control.
• Monitor project progress and help resolve day-to-day site issues.
• Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
• Provide general support to the Site Manager as required.
